Lanre Onanuga has just passed his Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors examination, making him, at just over 22, the youngest Chartered Quantity surveyor.
The record holder before him was 23 years old.
The University of Reading, England graduate is from the well known Onanuga family in Ijebu Ode. His parents, Bode and Yemi are ex Osuites and owners of the Ijebu Ode Mr Biggs franchise, among other entrepreneurial holdings.
London born Lanre attended Atlantic Hall in Lagos before returning to the UK for his undergraduate education.
Lanre has dwarfed other RICS records today by passing his examination for acceptance as Member of the Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MRICS) at 22 years.
