The Big Brother 2017 line up has been revealed and it includes 2 sisters Deborah and Hannah Agboola.
These two ambitious sisters will be bringing plenty of attitude into the house, with reigning Miss Nigeria UK Hannah describing her best assets as “confidence and bravery”.
The beauty queen also works as a makeup store assistant in London and is single. She sees her role in the house as inspiring young people watching to steer clear of crime and gangs, and said she’s ready for the challenge of Big Brother. The devout Christian works as a makeup store host at MAC, also making YouTube videos about her life and romances.
She wants to use her influence to inspire UK-born Nigerians to embrace their culture, and guide young people away from crime so they can lead a better life.
“I want to do Big Brother because I want to do something I have never done before, it’s a unique experience. I want to be challenged as a person. I want to do something outside of the box.”
Older sister Deborah has strong family values and refuses to take disrespect, which could make her one of the most fiery housemates. She describes herself as strong-willed and not afraid to speak her mind.
The strong willed digital analyst who doesn’t use social media is also single and told Big Brother producers: “I want to show the world single mums can be ambitious, successful and don’t have to shy away and be locked up in our houses.”
Although pairs have entered the show as one housemate in the past – Jedward and Samanda being notable examples – the sisters will compete as separate housemates.
The Agboola sisters, from London, stole the show last night when they entered the famous house in Nigerian traditional attire, also known as aso ebi.
The British-Nigerian pair sent Twitter in a frenzy as users celebrated them for being ‘unapologetic’ and representing multicultural Britain on national television.
Some Twitter users were also left inspired by the sister’s choice of outfits and wanted to get their own traditional outfits made.
