APPEAL FOR MAN WHO NEEDS URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS

Police in Lambeth Borough are releasing a photo of a man they are trying to find as he needs to seek urgent medical attention.

The man attended Kings College Hospital on Saturday, 7 January and was admitted.

He discharged himself on Monday, 9 January, prior to medical tests being completed.

These tests subsequently revealed the man is suffering from a life-threatening illness.

It is believed the man was from Nigeria and may have given a false name and address.

The illness has no perceived risk to the public.

Anyone who knows this man should urge him to obtain urgent medical treatment.

Anyone with any information on the man’s whereabouts can call police in Lambeth via 101 or tweet @MetCC.
