17 YEAR OLD STABBED IN CROYDON. POLICE APPEAL FOR WITNESSES

Detectives from Croydon are appealing for information and witnesses following a stabbing in the Wandle Road car park, CR0.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 22.26hrs on Tuesday, 28 February to reports of a teenage boy found stabbed in the car park near Whitgift Street.

Officers attended and found a 17-year-old boy with multiple stab wounds in a stairwell. He was taken to hospital where his condition is described life-threatening.

Detectives from Croydon CID would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the stabbing or has any information that may assist the investigation.

No arrests and enquires continue.
